How to Move to a New Windows Web Hosting Provider With Plesk Control Panel?
Step One – Change your “Time to Live”
You should at least wait one day before you even begin to transfer your Web site to a new Windows Web hosting provider. After you have waited a day, you can login to your Plesk control panel of your current host. Click on “Domains” and search for the domain that you wish to move. After you have done this, click on “DNS Settings” and then click on “SOA Record”. Now you need to change your TTL, or your “Time to Live”. Your default time to live is probably at one day or 86400 seconds. You should now change it to fifteen minutes or nine hundred seconds.
Plesk control panel is considered one of the most extensively used and dedicated control panels of the current time. As a dedicated server, it proves to be the best resource for the website. Plesk strives hard to be the main contender of the cPanel and to remain the best with its diverse usage and benefits.
